Limited Warranty
 
 

Grandtec warrants to original purchasers of new, unused, Grandtec products, that they will be free of defects in material and workmanship, and will perform in accordance with their specifications, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The sole obligation under this warranty shall be the repair or replacement of the product, at the manufacturer’s option. This warranty shall apply only to products purchased in North America.

To make a claim under this manufacturer’s warranty the purchaser must contact Grandtec within the one year warranty period, in writing or on the Customer Support line, (214) 366-3496, Mon.-Fri. 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Central Time (holidays not included), and request a Return Authorization (RA). The RA number is required for any warranty return. Any return without a proper RA number will be refused. Any return under a warranty claim must be received by Grandtec no later than thirty days following the issuance of a RA number.. The purchaser must supply the original sales receipt with the return and RA #. The purshaser shall pay for the cost of shipping to Grandtec’s manufacturing facility, and Grandtec shall pay for shipping on any return to the purchaser.

Products, which have been subjected to abuse, misuse, vandalism, accidental damage, neglect, unauthorized repair or improper installation, as well as the use of a power supply, other than the one supplied by Grandtec, are not covered by this warranty. Consult the Product Manual regarding the use of the provided power supply.

There are no warranties except as stated herein. There is no other express or implied warranty, including, but not limited to, no implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Grandtec or Grandtec USA be liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of data, profits or goodwill.
